## Full rules

1. **Eligibility:** The contest is open to all users who follow the official Guru Network account on X\Twitter (@xgurunetwork).
2. **Theme:** Memes must be related to Guru Network, its products (like DexGuru), the DeFi space, or Web3/AI concepts.
3. **Submission:** To enter, participants must tweet their meme with the hashtag #GuruMemeMania and tag @xgurunetwork.
4. **Originality:** Memes must be original creations. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
5. **Content:** Memes should be humorous, creative, and relevant to the Guru Network community. Offensive or inappropriate content will not be tolerated.
6. **Judging:** There's 3 nominations weekly:

   1. **Selection Criteria:** Each week, one winner will be chosen based on creativity, humor, and relevance to the Guru Network. The Guru Network team will judge these entries.
   2. **Audience Engagement:** A second weekly winner will be determined by the meme that receives the most likes on X/Twitter. Entries from previous weeks are not eligible for consideration.
   3. **Discord Community:** A third weekly winner will be selected based on the meme that garners the most likes in our dedicated [Discord channel](https://discord.com/channels/779159507967672360/1261257023907954718).

   We encourage all participants to submit fresh and engaging content each week to maximize their chances of winning.
7. **Prizes:** Prizes will be awarded to the top meme in every nomination (see 6) weekly, including $GURU (ERC20) tokens or other Guru Network prizes. Each prize is a $100 equivalent.
8. **Announcement:** Winners will be announced on the Guru Network Twitter account and other social media channels.
9. **Rights:** By submitting a meme, participants grant Guru Network the right to use their meme for promotional purposes.
10. **Disclaimer:** Guru Network reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
